Members Terms and Conditions

• Free entrance to KL Tower, F1 Zone is only applicable for card holders and their guest.
• You are required to present the membership card in order to enjoy the members discount benefits before making any purchase at the KL Tower, F1 Zone.
• Also take note that the membership card will not be valid if the rightful owner is not present.
• Members are strictly not allowed to sell or exchange the membership cards with other members or any other third party.
• ONLY members are allowed to practice for free.
• Merchandise products discounts are only for selected items and the items are only available during the month of promotional period.
• Hourly training will be conducted by the R&D F1 Simulation crew.
• Members should always follow every instruction given by the F1 Zone crew.
• Maximum weight allowed will be 120kg.
• Maximum height allowed will be 6.5ft.
• Members who are not in the right frame of weight and height limit would not be allowed to practice the simulator for their own safety.
• The minimum height is 5.5ft and the maximum weight is not more than 80kg for practices done in the full size simulator.
• Members with health problems are not allowed to play due to loud noise and eye pressure. (Members must be in good physical and mental health otherwise they would not be allowed to practice the simulators due to loud noise and eye pressure.)
• R&D Engineering Services would not be liable for any damages, injuries or loss caused during the practices in the KL Tower, F1 Zone.
• Members are not allowed to configure the software in the games for any reason.
• Members racing time would be recorded by the F1 Zone promoters.
• Setting up of the race and the car will be done by the F1 Zone promoters upon request.
• Maximum training hours provided for members are 1 hour during the showroom operation time.
• Members will be notified of their training session from time to time.
• Members need to be well behaved at all time and not to argue with our F1 Zone promoters for any reason. They are also required to follow all rules & regulations set by the Malaysian F1 Championship committee.
• Discount for members are only during promotional period and these discount rates may vary from time to time.
• Members who are in the KL Tower, F1 Zone are requested to follow all the rules and regulations in the Showroom.
• R&D Engineering Services holds the right to refuse entry of any visitors or members whom do not comply with the rules and regulations set in the F1 Zone.
• Members who are attending our Formula Renault event in SIC will be grouped into their respective cards title.
• The Ferrari driving experiences are only for the members who match the F1 Simulator qualification time at the KL Tower, F1 Zone.
• Please do take note that all complimentary gifts given out are not exchangeable for cash value or with any other item displayed.
• Complimentary items will only be given out after the inspection done by both the company and the respective card holder.
• The Membership card will be void if the registered card holder did not present.
• Members will be terminated from the R&D F1 simulation membership club if found guilty on misusing the card or fail to follow the terms and conditions of the membership club.
• For any lost or damages on the card, members will be charged penalty according to the card title.
• R&D Engineering Services are not liable for any losses /damages/injuries caused during these championship events/training/practices.
• Members are fully responsible for any damages caused in the KL Tower, F1 Zone.
• R&D Engineering Services holds the right to refuse entry of any members to the KL Tower, F1 Zone or any other road shows if the members disobey the Terms and Conditions stipulated above.
• Members may upgrade their membership card by walking in at R&D F1 Simulation Zone, KL Tower. Upgrading charges will be decided according to the present card title.
• Any degrade of the membership card would not be entertained by the management of R&D Engineering Services once all the payment transaction has been made.
• All the respective card member’s participating in the events are required to be alert of the events/practices arranged by the R&D Engineering and failure to do so would be a loss to them as the event would not be recurring.
• All the events planned out by the management for the respective card members would be notified in advance and there won’t be any replacement session for absentees.
• Any individual above 18 may be members and agrees to the bound of these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time at the sole discretion of R & D Engineering Services. “Members” is defined as Platinum, Gold and Classic unless otherwise specified.
• The management reserves the right to terminate this program at any point of time without prior notice or assign or sell the program to another company wherein all the rights and obligations under the Membership terms & conditions without any consent and may disclose or transfer all information held in the membership account to prospective or actual new company.
• R & D Engineering Services reserves the right to limit access to or temporarily/permanently close any of R & D Engineering Services activities in case of emergency, natural disaster, socio-political or economic changes or for other reasons that may require closure.
• R & D Engineering Services may at its sole discretion make such amendments to the rules and regulations, or the schedule of fees at any time and from time to time. Members will be kept informed of these changes.
• The Management of program reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
• The management of this program reserves the absolute right to withhold renewing the Malaysian F1 Championship membership card in such event the :
  • Member does not utilize his/her Card for a period of time as determined by the management from time to time; or
  • Member’s address is incorrect or incomplete; or
  • The information provided by the card member in the application form is untrue and there are discrepancy found.
• Information supplied by the members may be used by and shared between the organizer/management of the club and its business partners for their administrative, public relations and marketing purposes and where necessary, to operate and promote the Program of R & D Engineering Services.
• The program organizer, R & D Engineering Services at its sole and absolute discretion may vary the rules and regulations on the website/application form at any time without prior notice.
• The program organizer, R&D Engineering Services reserves the right to revoke/change or vary at any time and without prior notice these Terms & Conditions, the Championship prizes, gift offers and/or the participations members even if such change or variation may has the effect of decreasing or extinguishing the number or value of, or the period of expiry of, any existing or future.
• A member must notify the organizer immediately of any change of address or of a lost or stolen of the Membership Card. A new membership card will be provided and the organizer may impose penalty according to the card title.
